Where your pillow comes from

To keep prices fair, Napiko pillows are shipped directly from our production partner in China. Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days. We'd rather tell you that up front.

Tracking

We email you a tracking link as soon as your parcel ships, usually within [1–3] business days of your order. Carrier: [CARRIER NAME].

Customs and import VAT

None for EU customers. The price you pay already includes VAT, and we handle the import. You will not be asked to pay anything on delivery. [OWNER: confirm the shipment is declared under IOSS or that you otherwise handle import VAT.]

Something wrong?

If your parcel hasn't arrived after 20 business days, or the tracking hasn't moved for 7 days, email hello@napiko.com and we'll sort it out — a replacement or a refund. Please double-check your address at checkout; parcels sent to a wrong address you entered may not be replaceable for free.
